The following is information regarding the key employees of the firm:

	Robert A. Mohlin, P.E. Owner and President Bob Mohlin established the firm in 1982, and since then has overseen the development of a successful engineering firm which offers design services to both industrial and commercial clients throughout the nation. Registered in 21 states, Bob has over 35 years of experience in both construction and engineering. In addition to overseeing the growth of the business, he offers guidance to projects with regard to constructibility, practical design and project scope, schedule and budget control. 	Stuart A. Jacobs, P.E. Project Engineer Stuart Jacobs provides structural engineering and design for a wide variety of clients including commercial owners, pulp and paper, light and heavy industrial manufacturing facilities, and state and local government. His considerable experience encompasses design of new buildings, rehabilitation of existing buildings, machine foundations, bridge crane and monorail design, and bridges for highways and railroads. Stuart also has extensive experience in construction inspection services, and his knowledge of computer hardware and software makes him a valuable asset to the design team. 	Peter D. Rand, P.E. Project Engineer Peter Rand brings extensive commercial experience to the design team. His knowledge of multi-disciplined design/build projects, federal government projects and construction monitoring insure that Mohlin & Company provides innovative and practical design to commercial projects. Peter's designs have included a four-story college dormitory, a 31,000 SF athletic facility, and a 137,000 SF multi-purpose activity center and basketball arena. Peter has also been involved with several industrial projects including a fiber recovery facility, a paper machine wet end rebuild including extensive building modifications and a facility wide floor and roof rating project for a textile facility. 	Glenn L. Smith Senior Designer Glenn Smith is a key member of the CAD drafting group at Mohlin & Company. His in depth knowledge of AutoCAD allows him to produce accurate and detailed drawings which form the basis of Mohlin & Company's reputation of producing a "buildable" set of project drawings. 	David Farrell Designer/Drafter David Farrell joined Mohlin & Company as a drafter and has since excelled in drafting civil and structural projects ranging from sketches and layouts to major drawing packages for residential, commercial, heavy industrial, and manufacturing clients. 	Theresa M. Wellborn Office Manager Theresa Wellborn heads up all the administrative functions at Mohlin & Company and is the reason that day to day operations are performed in a smooth and professional manner. Theresa is responsible for all bookkeeping, accounting and invoicing and also maintains all project files.
