The structure of the main building is a three story steel braced frame structure with composite concrete floors. The building is enclosed with insulated glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) wall panels and the low roof of the gallery building is a rooftop garden and patio. The building was designed to fit naturally into a rocky, wooded site in the center of the campus, with the design concept being to keep the surroundings as natural as possible.
