BACK TO PROJECTS INDEX Bryant College Wellness Center Mohlin & Company was the Structural Engineer of Record for a 35,000 S.F. Wellness Center at Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The design/build project, completed in the fall of 2001, is a state-of-the-art recreational facility with the following features: Natatorium: a six-lane, 25-yard swimming pool (shown above under construction) Fitness Center: an 8,000 square-foot center equipped with exercise and conditioning equipment, as well as free weights Aerobic and Martial Arts Studio Locker Rooms, Control Center and Offices This new facility provides both students and faculty with an outstanding opportunity to participate in fitness activities as well as providing the college with a great recruiting tool for attracting potential new students.
