Mohlin & Company was “Structural Engineer of Record” for this 300,000 S.F. distribution center for a national cola company. The project required approximately 900 piles, structurally supported slabs, large clear span spaces for rack storage, offices, truck loading area and a parking area on the roof of the building. This facility was completed in 2009.
